Beef O’Brady’s is an established neighborhood “family sports pub” franchise with nearly 150 restaurants in the Southeastern United States. Ken Thomas, a veteran food distributor, decided to go into business for himself, and open his first Beef O’Brady’s in Louisville, Kentucky.
